KIBLAT.NET, Jakarta – A member of House of Representatives Commission I, Sukamta confirmed that the publication of the Regulation in Lieu of Law (Perppu) on mass organizations (Perppu) No.2 of 2017 overly forced. According to him, this indicates that the current Government is getting paranoid.

“Responding to the publication of the Perppu on Mass Organization, Governments step up this rated overly forced. Even some among the current Government looked increasingly paranoid with national political developments, and this impression is directed towards certain Islamic groups,”He said in the release that earned Kiblat.net on Saturday (23/07).

He was judging, there are some issues in publishing perppu.Among others, does not satisfy the constitutional requirement. According to him, the new perppu will be published if there are emergency situations that are not terakomodasi with the Act (Act).

To quote one of the decisions of the Constitutional Court (MK) in 2009, Sukamta explains that the Perppu can be issued if there is a urgency which force with three conditions.

“That is the urgent need to resolve the issue of the law, there is a legal vacuum, and if should use the change mechanism of the Act will take a long time considering the urgent conditions,” he added.
