KIBLAT.NET, JAKARTA – The lawyer of Habib Muhammad Rizieq Shihab, Eggi Sudjana, said the named of his client to be suspect of alleged steamy conversation is weak. According to him, evidence in digital form very easily problematic.

“Digital evidence is very problematic, easy change. Stored for a long time then opened again disrupted it wifi, Internet and so on, it can be changed he told kiblat.net.

He also confirmed that the case of Habib Rizieq can not be equated with Ariel’s case. Because, there is no picture or sound of Habib Rizieq in police evidence.

“Especially in that there is no picture of Habib, no one explains where Habib. So the evidence is very weak. Do not be equated with Ariel case with Luna Maya, far different, “he added

Furthermore, he considered the police evidence was weak due to unclear sources. He said that until now the police have not explained the origin of the evidence currently used to establish Habib Rizieq as a suspect.

“If the data source is not clear, can not be known who was the first to do this, can not be processed . The law is cause and effect, must be clear, “he said.
